Butt-head then jumps in front of another car and gets injured himself. He pushes Beavis in front of a speeding car to kill him and do this, but he is only injured. Beavis thinks they messed up and should restart the game, so Butt-head says they have to die so they can respawn. They head outside the mall where they fail to hijack a moving car. Soon after, Beavis and Butt-head believe they've reached "Level 2" and can now go outside and hijack cars. They keep talking about killing people for him and trying to skip his dialogue, and he demands they go away before he calls security. The duo approaches an employee giving out free samples of tea and-thinking he's an NPC-ask him for a mission. Butt-head explains that they should do things like complete levels, get weapons and defeat a boss.
They wander around, being mostly impressed by the graphics and programming for the "game", such as the water in a fountain and a man being angered by Beavis touching his butt. Thinking they are VR glasses too, they take sunglasses from the display beside it and put them on, now believing they are inside a video game. At the mall, Beavis and Butt-head put on a pair of sunglasses thinking they are virtual reality goggles.īeavis and Butt-head are exploring the Highland Mall when they see a stand selling virtual reality glasses.
